REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your LUMA. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-DAY RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund. We pay the return shipping within the European Union.

To start a return, email info@lumaamsterdam.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

CONDITIONS

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Custom orders may be excluded — this is noted on the product page when it applies

REFUND TIMING

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 working days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 1–10 days to appear on your statement.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or develops a defect, contact us at info@lumaamsterdam.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund — your choice.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In addition to our 30-day policy, EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. This right runs in parallel — whichever is more favorable to you applies.
