All orders ship from our studio in the Netherlands.

PROCESSING TIME

In-stock items: Shipped within 1–2 working days
Made-to-order: Shipped within 5–7 working days

SHIPPING RATES & TIMES

Netherlands: 1–2 working days — €6 — Free over €75
European Union: 3–5 working days — €10 — Free over €75

TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders are sent via PostNL (Netherlands) or DHL (rest of EU).

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us at info@lumaamsterdam.com and we'll help locate it.
