2. APPLICATION

These terms apply to all orders placed through lumaamsterdam.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. ORDERS

An order becomes binding once we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. In such cases you'll be notified and any payment refunded.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

EU consumer law gives you the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for how to exercise this right.

This right does not apply to custom-made items unless otherwise noted on the product page.

7. WARRANTY

In addition to your statutory rights, EU law provides a 2-year legal warranty on consumer goods. If your LUMA develops a manufacturing defect within 2 years of delivery, contact us and we'll repair, replace, or refund.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

8. LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including designs, photography, copy, and the LUMA name and logo — is the property of LUMA. amsterdam VOF and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10. PRIVACY

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and EU data protection law (GDPR).

11. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12. CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
