Shipping

We ship to every country in the European Union. PostNL delivers in the Netherlands, DHL in the rest of the EU.

Free shipping from €80, counted after any discount. Below that, €6 in the Netherlands and €10 elsewhere in the EU.
Vases in stock ship within one working day, vases made to order within two to three working days. The product page shows which applies to your colour and size.
Delivery then takes one to two working days in the Netherlands and three to five elsewhere in the EU.
Every vase travels in a white LUMA box with protective wrap.

When your order ships, you get a tracking link by email.

You have 30 days to return your order for a full refund. Return shipping within the EU is on us.
Email us your order number and we send you a prepaid return label.
Send the vase back unused, in its original packaging.
We refund you within five working days of receiving your return.
If something arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund you, as you prefer.
Alongside the 30 days, EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from your purchase and a two-year warranty.
